Inviting everyone is something that makes your site less visible instead of increasing that. The limit of 2000 following is something that could stop people from following everyone but I don't know if everyone is aware of that fact. 2000 followers is maximum and if you want to follow more you need to have at least 1800 followers (that is 10% less than you follow).
