  1. Great report, Gary - thanks a lot.

One small point, though - not everyone who’s just starting out in marketing will have already bought products online in a useful niche, or be able to buy a few in the hope of making contacts.

In that case, this system still works well if you subscribe to the e-zine of someone whose products you would LIKE to buy, and plan to once you can afford it.

Telling someone that you’re a subscriber to their list and referring to something they’ve told you that you’ve particularly liked or found helpful is almost as good a lead-in, and is likely to influence them in favor of agreeing to your offer.

I know that for a fact, because it’s how I started looking for affiliates and joint venture partners for my own personal empowerment site.

It’s great to see someone offering a report like this with lots of solid information that genuinely works, instead of all the fluff and black hat tactics that are so widespread.

Thanks again, Gary - Happy Christmas to you.

Good point Aislinn, in fact I have actually promoted other peoples products myself after they started contacting me talking about things I’ve mentioned in my emails.

Its a great tactic when its used sincerely and not purely as a tactic.

I’m glad you like the report, I have a few more topics to write about that I was planning to combine into a course but I’m just going to release them as a series of free ‘Internet Marketing Vision’ reports instead. :)

  3. Gary,

Merry Christ-birth to you and your family!

Great posts! I just got a hold of your “Proven List Of Buyers”, and I must say, there is certainly a BIG difference with zeroing IN on your targeted buyers and just “freebie seekers”.

I am on your blog only now and I could see here a wealth of information I need to kick-ass my systems for 2008!

    Way to go Gary!

Oops, I recently switched from double to single opt in so the page that was asking you to confirm your email was no longer necessary and thats why you were getting caught in the loop. Thanks for letting me know about that. All is as it should be now. :)

    Gary,
Hi, I hope you don’t mind some ‘lite’ criticism? Hopefully it is constructive for you.
I can understand the marketing of the Bonus page, with a free DVD but I think you would get better action if the extra ‘trial’ stuff wasn’t there, because that is exactly what many subscribers worry about by giving their addresses and phone numbers. It makes for suspicion when you haven’t really gained the trust yet.
And it is in the relationship that counts as Im sure you know.

Just think it is too soon….sorry, I opted out. Since I’m an online marketer I took the time to blog ya though WHICH is a great idea to a sqeeze page! :) Commenting. I don’t see much or really not much at ll.

Great report and three friends techniqe…too.
    To your success,
    Victor

  7. Hey Gary. I opted in to your free book offer about buyer’s list and such. I just wanted to see what you knew, as I always built my own buyers list.

But one thing I wanted to comment on…

Your One-Time Offer has no relevency to your initial offer.

You went from ‘building a list’ to ‘managing your time better’.

I would’ve offered a book all about list management and relationship building, since that’s what you have to do after your JV partners help you build a list of buyers.

    That’s from my experience.

    Take care,

    Hi Gary,

I disagree with the other comments. I really liked it and it’s easy, with rebranding to make the product relevant in name. There’s so many PLR products around it’s easy to find one relevant, or even scripts too, just google for them, easy.

As I am relative newbie I can use your suggestions very well. Actually I’m not all that new I’ve just been absorbing for a year or so. I think that’s been to my advantage as I didn’t have money to jump right in, and I still don’t but after a year or so one finds out from offers that flood in from Opt Ins some thing very worthwhile will come along at the right price. Like the Butterfly Manuscript that’s coming way down in price. Mike Filsaime is giving it away with $100s of PLR products and amazinf freebies such as webhosting etc. etc for $67 and then he’s giving away his best turnkey site for $47. It’ll be down to $19.95 or to Eween Chia’s $9.97 quite soon.

    So thanks very much.

  9. Hi Gary:

Great report with a solid “proven” technique revealed.

Here’s another suggestion of where to go for “buyers”.

Go to all the aution sites and make your offers. You will
be marketing to prospects who are online to BUY.

You won’t have an opt-in list of mainly “tire-kickers”.
Check out this list of auction sites.
